Springboard has served Midland and the Permian Basin since 1999. We are CARF-accredited, nonprofit, and local, which shapes almost everything about how we work.
We built the Springboard Center to be the kind of place we would send our own families: comfortable, welcoming, and grounded in the community we live in. People arrive frightened and ashamed. The work starts by treating them like neighbors.
Because we are a nonprofit, revenue goes back into care and capacity rather than out to investors. That is the practical difference behind everything else on this page.

CARF accreditation means an outside body regularly reviews our clinical practice, safety, and ethics. LegitScript certification, TAAP and NAATP membership hold us to the same kind of scrutiny.
